Who am I?

I am talented, positive, enthusiastic, and curious. I also sing, speak Spanish, and have been known to strum a few guitar chords, but by day and often in my sleep, I am passionate about all aspects of maximizing product value for customers.

While I have worn many hats throughout my career, I am at my best when I am working with equally passionate people who aspire to create products and services that people love to use. 

I have experience creating a diverse range of technical writing content including user manuals, online help, training videos, developer documentation, user stories, and more. I strongly believe that great products and services, demonstrate empathy for the user and keep the users central to the story throughout the development lifecycle and beyond.

I bring a wide range of experiences as a product owner, business analyst, and technical writer, and I am determined to use my skills, experience, and background to collaborate, adapt, and build clear and effective products and services to ensure users can successfully achieve their goals.
